The Firebird

This is for the Blacksmith and the Firebird. I love drawing mythical creatures, especially birds, so this was a fun challenge! Originally, I sketched out a version with the firebird in the front, and the blacksmith and Elena in the background, arms outstretched to hold the ring that would fit no finger but one. It didn't look quite right, though. This version worked out better, and I got to experiment with adding fire and messing with the colors until the bird glowed.
